● Two college representatives who will attend the final meeting before Umang will be recognized as the official Representatives of their respective college for UMANG 2023.
● All participants must carry a valid college identity card of their respective college.
● The organizers are not liable to reimburse any expenses incurred by any of the colleges.
● The registration desk shall open 1 hour before and close 30 minutes prior to the event.
● Colleges are required to send in one team to represent their college in each of the events.
● No substitution shall be entertained. The registered team for the preliminary round must perform in the finals if they qualify.
● Cross college or open teams will not be entertained.
● Obscenity and vulgarity of any form in an event will lead to immediate disqualification. If the participant feels that any outfit/performance is vulgar, it is strongly advised to consult the organizers before wearing it on stage. In case of any dispute arising due to this, the decision of the organizers would be final and irrevocable.
● The decision of the judges or moderators shall be final and binding for all the events.
● Chewing pan masala, smoking, drinking or any other related activity is prohibited in the college premises and other event venues.
● No weapons are allowed in the college premises (including chains, knuckles, pen knife, lighters, etc.) Fire producing and inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
● All the given pen drives must be in audio format, named and labeled with their respective IC Codes. Management shall not be responsible for any problems related to the same.
● The management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, etc. of your personal belongings.
● Damaging or tampering any kind of college property by anyone shall be considered as a serious offence and may lead to cancellation of their participation.
● Prop list and song list must be submitted in Umang’s final representative meeting. Not listing any of the above will result in disqualification.
● Organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations (if required).
● On the Spot Entry (OTSE) is subjected to available slots.
● Rights to admission are reserved.
College Registration along with Event Registration shall start from 01/12/2023, 02:00 pm onwards till 07/12/2023, 12:00 noon.

Enter your College IC Code in “User Code” and Password (given above) in “Password” and click on “Login”. - You are required to change the password & login again.

b. In case you have forgotten the Password, please read point no. 3 below. - In case you have forgotten the password, click on “Forgot Password”. Give your College IC Code (ICXXX) in User Code and the E-mail ID registered with the college. Click on “Get Password”.
You will receive a password in your registered email address. Use this password to log in to your account. - After Login, Click on “College Registration” button and fill up the form.
After ensuring the details entered are correct, click on “Update” button.
You will receive an Authentication Code in the email provided after College Details, please enter the same in the Authentication code window to successfully complete the College registration process. Click “Close” button to go to home page.

You can register for the events by clicking on “Add” button corresponding to Event’s name. Registration window for that event will open.
Click on “Create New Team” and enter the details of the participants. Click “Save” Button to Save the team & go back to Event list page. Click “Close” Button to cancel & Close the Event window.
